How to Reach Us
Email: info@boatercard.info
We typically respond within 2–3 business days. We are a small independent operation, not a commercial company with a support team — but we do read every message.
What We're Especially Interested In
- Law changes: If a state has updated its requirements and our guide doesn't reflect it yet, please let us know. Include a link to the official source if you have it.
- Corrections: If something we've written is factually wrong, we want to fix it promptly. We'd rather know than not.
- Broken links or tools: If a tool isn't working or a link is dead, a quick note helps us keep the site functional.
- Missing states or topics: If there's a specific question you couldn't find an answer to, that's useful feedback about what we should add.
What We Don't Handle
- We cannot help you get a card — contact your state's boating authority or an approved course provider
- We cannot provide legal advice on specific enforcement situations
- We cannot verify whether a specific card is valid — contact your state agency for that
- We do not accept guest posts, link exchanges, or sponsored content
For Official State Information
If you need authoritative guidance on your state's requirements, go directly to the source. Each state's full guide on this site includes the official agency contact information and website. You can also find state contacts in our replacement guide.
